My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, tucked away in a quiet alley but still so close to all the main attractions. We were able to easily walk to all the touristic sites and explore the Karakoy district. The staff at this place were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any requests and made us feel right at home. The room itself was spacious and beautifully furnished, providing us with the utmost comfort. We also appreciated the attentive room service and the excellent housekeeping. the quality of service and the enhanced comfort made our stay truly memorable.

It's right in the heart of the city, with major attractions just a stone's throw away. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and well-equipped rooms, complete with a cozy bed and a bathroom. The breakfast served on the rooftop was the cherry on top!

I also appreciated the recommendations from the staff on where to go and what to see in the city. The highlight of my stay was visiting the Cagaloglu hamam, the oldest Turkish bath in the world, which was recommended by the hotel. The experience was truly unforgettable. The breakfast prepared by Mrs. Cennet was delicious and the hotel owner, Mr. Anil, even took me to some amazing restaurants in the area. I had a fantastic experience at the hotel and I would definitely recommend it to others.

During our Xmas stay, we enjoyed the complimentary drink and cookies that were offered in the lobby. the hotel's location was perfect for sightseeing, close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. We also loved the cozy atmosphere of the lobby and the festive decorations throughout the hotel.

The hotel's entrance was a bit hard to find, it was situated in a narrow and crowded street. the room was a bit small for our taste, and we could hear some noise from the streets below.

The hot water kettle was extremely slow to heat up, making it hard to make a quick drink or coffee in the morning. The charging points in the room were also cramped, making it challenging to use them comfortably.
